Every used and reconditioned stair lift we sell is inspected, repaired, cleaned, and tested before it leaves our shop — indoor or outdoor, straight or curved, at roughly half the price of a new unit. Sixty years in the electric homecare business means we know how to match the right lift to your stairway, your budget, and your home.

A reconditioned stair lift is a previously owned unit that's been removed from its original installation, thoroughly inspected, and restored to safe, reliable working order. Worn parts are replaced, the rail and carriage are cleaned and touched up, and the system is bench-tested before resale — giving you the reliability of a new lift without the new-unit price tag.
Some sellers call this "recycled" or "second-hand." Whatever the term, the goal is the same: a fully functioning stair lift that meets safety standards, backed by a real warranty and installed by qualified technicians — not a used part sold as-is.
Used stair lifts typically run about half the cost of a new model, which matters when you're outfitting a home on a fixed budget or need a solution quickly. The discount depends on the unit's age, condition, brand, and model — older or well-worn units carry the deepest discounts, while late-model lifts in excellent condition hold more of their value.
Whatever the price point, we only sell units that pass our own safety inspection, and every installation is handled by our own technicians — not a third party.
