Overview
Most power lift recliners can move the headrest and footrest. What makes MaxiComfort different is the “motion box”: as the chair reclines, the seat itself rises to cradle your hips and back, with no gap between the seat and the headrest. The footrest supports your legs with a slight bend in the knees, which takes pressure off the lower back. Golden calls it rejuvenating comfort for the back and hips.
MaxiComfort comes standard on Golden’s 2-zone, 4-zone and 5-zone lift chairs, from the classic Comforter with MaxiComfort PR535 to Twilight models that also tilt the whole chair. Every Golden lift chair is an FDA Class II medical device, and MaxiComfort models give you a true Zero Gravity position, with your legs raised above your heart.
