Your authorized dealer (Electropedic) takes pictures of your stairs using Harmar's specialized proprietary PhotoSurvey technology ensuring a precise True-Curve fit for your staircase.
Riding the Harmar Helix couldn't be easier, it's so simple!. The Helix's smooth, quiet, and space-saving design features an elegant tube rail system. And because of the necessity for being compact, the arms, the seat and the footrest all fold up when not in use. It also means the Helix and its sleek and beautiful single tube rail takes up less space on your stairs.
For your safety, the Helix stair lift seat swivels up to 90° away from the steps and locks in place at the top of your staircase allowing you to safely exit the stair lift.
The Harmar Helix includes both a retractable seat-belt and obstruction sensors halting the stair lift immediately if anything (a small purse, a household pet, a child's toy) is in the path of your stair lift. With the battery-powered operation of the Helix, your stair lift is dependable even when there's a power outage. Should your power ever go out, you'll be able to get multiple round trips from your Helix stair lift.
The Helix stair lift comes with two (2) wireless remote controls that let you call the stair lift to you from either the top or bottom of your staircase, no matter where it is on the True-Curve tube.
Because of Harmar's proven reliability you can relax and feel secure knowing that Harmar gives you limited lifetime warranty on the drive system and structure, a 2-year warranty on parts, and a 1-year warranty on the batteries. Installation of your Harmar Helix typically is completed in about three (3) hours, which means you'll be getting up and down your stairs easily before you know it!
Available options include a black or beige True-Curve tube rail, chassis, or upholstery. Also available are additional Harmar call/send remote controls or additional charging station(s) along your True-Curve tube rail. There is also an Outdoor Package available for the Harmar Helix.
